ABOUT JULIE MAE

Julie Mae is a Level 4 ESSENTRICS® certified instructor, a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor and obtained her NASM™ Personal Training certification. She graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Julie Mae enjoys building relationships with clients to best support them in accomplishing their wellness goals. Julie Mae’s passion is for her clients to enjoy moving their bodies and progress to being equally as strong as they are flexible. With freedom of movement, clients will see their bodies change while accomplishing things they never thought their bodies were capable of doing. With regular movement, clients of all fitness levels can improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
